These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and 3win2u ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 3win2u website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming, wagering, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

3win2u operates as an online casino and sports betting platform licensed under an international gaming jurisdiction. The platform is designed to serve adult players and operates under applicable international regulatory frameworks. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 3win2u platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3win2u platform and close your account. These Terms apply to all users of the platform globally, including players accessing from Malaysia and other jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal player account registered by the User on the 3win2u platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) or equivalent currency amount held in a User's Account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other incentive credits credited to a User's Account in connection with a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by 3win2u prior to processing withdrawals or when triggered by internal compliance review.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount) that a User must complete before Bonus Funds or bonus-related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the User via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and approved cryptocurrency channels.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, features, and tools available on the 3win2u platform, including but not limited to online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, live football betting, lottery, arcade games, and customer support.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, state, or territory in which the use of the Services would be unlawful under applicable local law.

Access to 3win2u's real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only on the 3win2u platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, date of birth, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. 3win2u will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login details. You must notify 3win2u's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request — or where triggered by our internal compliance systems — you will be required to complete the KYC verification process. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC, passport, or MyPR), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and — where applicable — documentation verifying ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

3win2u supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfers to and from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong accounts, and cryptocurrency transfers via USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks) and BTC.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on 3win2u is RM50 for most local payment channels. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are displayed at the time of transaction in the cashier section. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be triggered for large transactions.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to KYC clearance. 3win2u does not accept transfers to third-party accounts. Withdrawals will be rejected if the Account has outstanding active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

6.4 One Promotion Per Player

All betting and gaming activity on 3win2u is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the relevant product section. The following general principles apply across all services.

• All casino games operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all slot titles.
• Sports betting odds are set by 3win2u or its licensed odds providers and are subject to change at any time prior to market closure.
• 3win2u reserves the right to void bets placed under manifestly incorrect odds resulting from human error or technical malfunction ("palpable errors").

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3win2u platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, civil or criminal referral.

• Creating, operating, or assisting in the operation of more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of account registration, KYC verification, or ongoing account management.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithmic tools to interact with games, place bets, exploit promotions, or otherwise gain unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or circumvent any security feature or technical mechanism of the 3win2u platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether for casino games or sports betting, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction once the corresponding funds have been used to place bets or claim bonuses.

• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account, or accessing and operating a third party's Account.

All content, software, design elements, graphics, databases, trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property made available through the 3win2u platform are the exclusive property of 3win2u or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3win2u platform solely for the purposes of personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without express prior written consent from 3win2u.

Any unauthorised use of 3win2u's intellectual property — including but not limited to the use of the 3win2u brand, logo, or platform content in any third-party marketing material, scraping of data, or framing of platform pages — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3win2u, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.

3win2u's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3win2u is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become harmful. In recognition of this, we provide tools and resources to help players manage their gaming behaviour proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Players may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings or by contacting our support team. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Players may configure session time limits that trigger an automatic alert after a defined play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and applied platform-wide. During the exclusion period, all marketing communications will cease.

Either party may terminate the player account at any time. You may request account closure by contacting 3win2u's customer support team. Subject to satisfactory completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC obligations, verified Real Money Fund balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3win2u reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, attempted chargebacks, or suspected money laundering.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy procedures and applicable law.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation compelling 3win2u to close the Account.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

In cases of termination for cause, 3win2u reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3win2u holds its gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and 3win2u relating to the Services, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team to seek informal resolution. The majority of player concerns can be resolved satisfactorily through our support channel within 24 to 48 hours.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under 3win2u's gaming licence, which may include independent third-party arbitration. Players in Malaysia should note that no local Malaysian judicial or regulatory recourse exists specifically for online gambling disputes of this nature.

3win2u reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the 3win2u platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
